GOFIT operated an international network of fitness centres with decentralised planning management, highly dependent on managers and with no global visibility. Shift allocation was carried out manually, creating mismatches between demand and staffing, structural overcosts, and an operation that was difficult to scale. The lack of integration between planning, execution, and payroll made it impossible to control margin in a business where labour is the main cost.
PLANNAM was deployed as the central operational decision-making system, integrating the entire labour cycle: automatic planning, real execution, time tracking, incidents, and payroll export in a single environment. The intelligent engine generates optimised shifts across multiple centres and countries, while integration with systems such as class CRM and HRIS makes it possible to align the operation with the real activity of the business in real time. The result is a system that is not merely consulted: it is used every day to run the operation.
GOFIT has transformed its operation into a scalable and efficient system, reducing its labour cost ratio by around 4 percentage points while increasing revenue and expanding its international network. This translates into an estimated annual structural saving of between EUR 1.2M and EUR 3.4M, with returns of 10x to 28x on the investment. PLANNAM is consolidated as the group’s operational core, enabling growth without increasing structure and turning workforce management into a direct lever of profitability.
